It’s a file that contains all the stuff that goes into the bootable Windows 10 USB stick that you’re about to create. Select the version of Windows that is closest to the version of Windows installed on the Mac (Windows 8, Windows 10). You can now quit Bootcamp and then Eject the USB to safely remove it. Newer Windows 10 ISO images contain a file called “install.wim” that weighs in at over four gigabytes. Select the volume containing the bootable installer, then click Continue.
